Shoulders-Gray-Spindt Award

The Shoulders-Gray-Spindt (SGS) Award, named after the founders of vacuum microelectronics/nanoelectronics, Ken Shoulders (late), Henry Gray (late), and Capp Spindt, has been created in IVNCs to promote the work by young researchers in the field.

Following the tradition, the SGS award will be given to the best paper by a student or a post-doc at IVNC 2014. The selection will be based on reviewing the extended abstracts of candidates by selected experts.

Those who wish to be considered for the SGS Award are encouraged to submit their applications to ivnc2014@psi.ch by June 1st, 2014 with a recommendation by their supervisors.
