Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

To maintain the schedule of each session, authors are asked to ensure that presentations conform to the time constraints.

Plenary talk: 40 min (35 min presentation, 5 min questions and discussion)
Invited talk: 30 min (25 min presentation, 5 min questions and discussion)
Contributed talk: 15 min (12 min presentation, 3 min questions and discussion)

Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick or CD in MS-Power Point or Adobe PDF format and submit it at least 30 minutes prior to your session.

A projector and a PC will be available. The use of personal notebooks has to be announced in advance.

Poster Presentations

A0 space (portrait direction) will be allocated to each poster.

Put your poster to the allocated space designated by your paper number until noon of your allotted Poster session;
Poster I, until Monday noon (7th July)
Poster II, until Wednesday noon (9th July)

The presentation must cover the material as cited in the abstract.

Place the title of your paper prominently at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your paper.

Highlight the authors’ names and contact information in case the viewer is interested in more information.

Organize the presentation so it is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.

Include the background of your research followed by results and conclusions.
